Kinetic are looking for confident and dynamic people to start their coaching pathway with an innovative and exciting coaching team for 2014. The apprenticeship programme will allow eligible people to spend the majority of their 30 hours per week shadowing and assisting senior experienced sports coaches in schools throughout the South London area. This work will take place in a variety of different environments including PPA cover, after school clubs, team coaching and assisting with the Kinetic Academy project.
Over the course of the Apprenticeship, apprentices will be given greater responsibility to deliver certain aspects of a session until they are fully competent at leading sessions independently to OFSTED category.
