Last month marked our 10 Year anniversary and we commemorated this momentous occassion with a special friendly match held at the home of Crystal Palace, Selhurt Park Stadium – a significant venue for us in being located around the corner from where we held our very first training session back in 2011.
The game, played against South London based SE Dons, featured our academy graduates old and new and finished with a 4-1 win to Kinetic, with goalscorers including graduates Tyrese Osbourne (Ipswich Town) and Kamarl Grant (Sheffield).
It was a great night of celebration and reflection on our growth from a school holiday project into one of the most successful grassroots football academies in the UK. We look forward to another 10 years of dedication to serving our community and turning young people’s dreams into reality.
