It has been a busy half term at Kinetic HQ as our sponsors, Rutland Partners, came in to deliver a workshop on interview and presentation skills to our U18’s players.
The workshop gave an insight to our boys as to the necessary skills needed in a interview and the importance of being a good presenter and the skills required to be an effective communicator.
“It was a very eye-opening experience, many things I thought that weren’t important in a job interview could actually be the difference between myself and another applicant” – Jasper Taborro.
“It’s a great opportunity for myself as I never know what the future holds. These skills are definitely something I will carry for the rest of my life”.
Workshops are a key part of the Academy experience – we look forward to the next in February 2018.
