Inflexion raises a record £36,000 for Kinetic
For the fourth consecutive year, Inflexion hosted its annual football tournament together with the Kinetic Foundation. This year, the tournament was attended by a record 24 teams from Inflexion’s adviser network. Each team was asked to make a £1,500 donation to Kinetic, resulting in £36,000 being raised for the charity. The football tournaments have raised £88,000 for Kinetic over the last four years.
In May 2025, the Inflexion Foundation announced it was extending its partnership with the Kinetic Foundation with a grant of £100,000 per year for the next three years. This follows a £50,000 grant per annum which the Kinetic Foundation received from the Inflexion Foundation between 2022 and 2025. The increased commitment to The Kinetic Foundation will help to grow participation and reach more young Londoners with a focus on lower academic entry programmes, improve the ‘Kinetic Futures’ curriculum and increase the fundraising capacity with improved impact and marketing reach.
James Fotheringham, Co-Founder, Kinetic Foundation, commented: “We are incredibly grateful to Inflexion and their adviser network for their continued and generous support. Their commitment — from hosting annual football tournaments to significantly increasing their financial backing — is truly transformational for Kinetic. With their partnership, we’re not only able to reach more young people across London, but also deepen the impact of our programmes.”
James Stevens, Managing Director at Inflexion and Kinetic Trustee, commented: “It’s a real privilege to support the Kinetic Foundation and see firsthand the incredible impact they have on young people’s lives. The annual football tournament is a highlight for us and our adviser network, not only because it brings people together, but because it directly contributes to a cause that’s creating real, lasting change.”
