PR Consent for Players:
I agree to take part in Kinetic Foundation PR and where required will take part in the following:
- Individual and group photographic sessions
- Individual and group interviews
- Joint interview with one of my parents
- Individual and group photos in association with Harris Federation
- Individual and group photos for associated teams supporting Kinetic Football Programme
I understand that my photo/likeness may be used and published to help promote Kinetic Foundation. This will include press releases, footage and photographs published to the Kinetic websites, social media, local and national press. Records will be held on a database, with Kinetic Foundation as the data controller.
For certain purposes some of the information may be produced in the form of a printed tour brochure when applicable, with each player’s CV and shared with coaches from other teams / academies / colleges / schools. This information will be handled sensitively and with serious regard for its confidential nature.
At any point during the season parents can re visit their PR consent by contacting judy@kinetic-foundation.org.uk. At the end of each season all records will be archived and stored in line with General Data Protection Regulation requirements.
