Powerleague Shepherds Bush was the venue for the tournament organised by our corporate partner Inflexion for their clients. Each of the 17 corporate teams had one of our young people allocated to them in the 5 a-side tournament. We find that this structure uses football to immediately break down any barriers between our young people and the other individuals taking part in the event.
The tournament was a great success with entertaining football games on show, the sun was out, tasty food to refuel and most importantly superb conversations between our young people and the companies employees as well as the event organisers. Everyone involved was full of praise for our young people which was really nice to hear.
