    Joe Aribo

    Southampton

    Joe Aribo became the 10th Kinetic graduate to be signed by a pro club after he penned a one-year deal with Charlton Athletic in 2015. After 4 years, he made a move to Rangers, where he played 57 games, scored nine goals and assisted 10. That same year, Joe was also called up for the Nigerian national team. Since Since 2022, he’s been playing, and scoring, for Southampton FC.

    Rio Ave (On loan from Nottingham Forest)

    After being released from Fulham at U16, Omar came straight into Kinetic to train with our U18 scholars with that group including Joe Aribo and Wes Fonguck. He came on tour with us to the Gothia Cup in Sweden and on return to England, signed for Reading after a successful trial at the club.

    Omar went on to play almost 100 games for Reading across 4 seasons before signing for Bundesliga side Bayern Munich in May 2021. 16 appearances in the 2021/22 season followed including his Champions League debut away at Benfica in October 2021. He also got his hands on some silverware with Bayern winning the Bundesliga and German Super Cup. Omar signed for Premier League club Nottingham Forest in July 2022.

    Omar spent the 2023/24 season on loan at Olympiacos, making 14 appearances and lifted the UEFA Europa Conference League trophy with the Greek club after a 1-0 win in the final. He played 26 games for Portuguese club Rio Ave in the 2024/25 season and rejoined them on a season-long loan from Nottingham Forest for the 2025/26 season.

    Josh Maja

    West Bromwich Albion

    Josh joined Kinetic after leaving Fulham, training with us for two years before signing for Sunderland in 2015, becoming our 11th signing to a professional club. In January 2019, he moved to French side Bordeaux with loan spells at Fulham (2021) and Stoke City (2022).

    Josh returned to France and scored 16 goals along with 6 assists in 38 Ligue 2 appearances before the 26 year old signed for Championship club West Brom in August 2023, scoring 14 goals and providing 2 assists in 50 games so far.

    Josh made his international debut for Nigeria on 10th September 2019 against Ukraine.

  • Kwadwo Baah playing for Watford FC

    Watford

    Kwadwo joined Kinetic upon his release from Crystal Palace’s academy. He became our 39th signing to a professional club when he joined Rochdale in September 2019. He then signed for Watford from Rochdale in May 2021 on a 5 year contract.

    The 2022/23 season saw Kwadwo out in Germany on loan at Fortuna Düsseldorf and last season on loan at League One club Burton Albion

    Back at Watford for the 2024/25 season, Baah broke into the first team and enjoyed a breakthrough campaign, scoring 5 goals and providing 3 assists in 31 appearances across all competitions.

    Kwadwo has made 4 appearances for Germany U19s, scoring on his debut in a 6-1 win against Slovakia U19 in October 2021. He had previously made his debut for England U18s in March 2021.

  • Kamarl Grant playing for Millwall FC

    Our co-founder Harry Hudson has known and worked with Kamarl Grant since he was U10/U11 when he was at Crystal Palace. Kamarl came into Kinetic as a striker, we changed his position to centre back and he immediately took to it. As a first year, Kamarl was captain of our FA Youth Cup team that got to the Third Round against Wigan Athletic. He joined Sheffield United in December 2019, before signing for Millwall in May 2022.

    Kamarl made his Millwall First Team debut away at Newport County in the Carabao Cup in August 2024.

    Cheltenham Town (On loan from Luton Town)

    Ethon joined the Kinetic Academy programme at Woodcote School in 2018. Ethon’s development at Kinetic from his first year to second year was nothing short of astounding, progressing into a very talented young player. He got experience of Non-League football aged 17/18 at Step 4 Isthmian League club Whyteleafe under then manager and our co-founder Harry Hudson before covid unfortunately cut the season short.

    In the 2021/22 season, Ethon Archer had short spells at Bedfont Sports, Sutton Common Rovers and Horley Town. He then signed for Step 5 club Raynes Park Vale for the 2022/23 season where he made a significant contribution to their promotion winning campaign with 15 goals and 14 assists including a goal which sealed the Combined Counties League Premier Division South title The first few months of the 2023/24 season saw a move up a level for Ethon to Step 4 Isthmian League club Three Bridges, where he contributed 6 G/A in 10 games and picked up 2 Man of the Match awards in the process.

    Then in November 2023, Ethon Archer moved up a further 2 levels going from Step 4 side Three Bridges to Step 2 side Torquay United in the National League South He impressed for Torquay United, going on to play 26 games for the club, picking up several Man of the Match awards and contributing with 6 G/A as well.

    Fast forward to June 2024, Ethon went on trial at League Two club Cheltenham Town and then signed a professional contract there, completing an impressive rise from Non-League to the Football League. He played in all 46 of Cheltenham’s League Two games in the 2024/25 season which earned him a move to League One club Luton Town in September 2025, going back to Cheltenham on loan until January 2026.

    Walsall

    Courtney joined Kinetic in 2020 as a winger. He was converted into a central midfielder where he started to show great ability and promise. As part of the Kinetic Academy programme, Courtney became a regular playing step 4 senior football aged 17 at Whyteleafe under then manager and Kinetic co-founder Harry Hudson, he consistently delivered mature performances which attracted additional interest from pro clubs. He was offered trials at Leicester City, Watford and West Ham before agreeing to sign for Derby County in March 2021.

    In the summer of 2023, Courtney signed for National League North side South Shields where he made 36 appearances and put in several man of the match performances. He then moved to National League South side Eastbourne Borough for the 2024/25 season. His impressive performances at right wing-back saw him win the Young Player of the Year Award.

    Courtney signed a two year contract at League Two club Walsall in June 2025, making his English Football League debut in September 2025.

  • Myles Kenlock playing for England C

    Barnet

    Myles was a part of the first ever Kinetic Academy group and became our 1st signing to a professional club when he joined Ipswich Town in April 2014.

    He went on to make more than 100 appearances for Ipswich Town. Myles appeared 18 times for League Two side Colchester United on loan in 2021/22. The 2022/23 season saw him stay in League Two at Barrow, ending the campaign with a brief spell at Aldershot Town. The 2023/24 season saw him in excellent form for Ebbsfleet United, picking up several Man of the Matches and named in the National League Team of the Week numerous times. This earned him a move to Barnet for the 2024/25 season, where he played a big part in their promotion to League Two, playing 42 games in the process.

    Myles earned his first international cap as he represented England C in their game against Wales C in March 2024.

    FC Hermannstadt

    Kevin was on our academy programme at Harris Academy Tottenham and became our 54th signing to a professional club when he joined Scottish club Rangers FC in February 2022. Following his release, he joined Romanian top division side FC Hermannstadt in August 2023.

    Kevin made his debut for the Romanian U21s in September 2025 which was followed by his debut for the Senior National Team in October 2025.

    Jacob Mazionis

    Cheltenham Town (On loan from Ipswich Town)

    Jacob was on our academy programme at Harris Academy Tottenham and became our 68th signing to a professional club when he joined Ipswich Town in May 2023.

    Jacob came with us on tours to Scotland and Yorkshire playing against Rangers, St Mirren, Barnsley and Hull City. He impressed in a showcase game we played against Ipswich at their training ground which led to him going on trial before being offered his contract. In his last game for Kinetic, he scored the winning penalty in the London Schools Cup Final held at Brentford FC’s stadium.

    Jacob has represented Lithuania U21s twice, playing 90 minutes against Hungary and Ukraine in UEFA Euro U21 qualifiers with his debut coming in September 2025.

  • Wes Fonguck playing for USL Championship side Monterey Bay FC

    Monterey Bay (On loan fromEbbsfleet United)

    Wes became our 2nd signing to a professional club when he joined Barnet in 2014, going on to play over 150 games for them before signing for Southend United in July 2022. He made 74 appearances over two seasons in the National League for The Shrimpers. Wes joined Ebbsfleet United in July 2024, playing 16 times before heading out to the USA on loan at California based club Monterey Bay for the 2025 USL Championship season.

    Wes became our first academy graduate to make an international appearance when he played for England C against Estonia in 2018.

  • Nico Lawrence signing a contract extension at Southampton FC

    Nico had been playing in Non-League at Step 5 under the management of Kinetic co-founder Harry Hudson alongside academy games for Kinetic when he was signed by Southampton after a successful trial period in February 2022. Nico became a key part of the Premier League 2 title winning Southampton U21s team before an impressive loan spell at National League side Torquay United in the second half of the 2022/23 season. Winning the Young Player of the Season award following successive Player of the Month awards in both February and March.

    Nico joined League Two side Colchester United on loan in June 2023, starting positively but unfortunately suffered back to back injuries a few weeks later and went back to the Saints. After returning from injury, Nico stepped up to first team training, impressing Russell Martin & earning himself a place in the first team squad for the first time in their Championship game at Blackburn Rovers in April 2024. He joined MK Dons on loan for the 2024/25 season and made 22 appearances in League Two. Following his release from Southampton, Nico signed for National League side York City in November 2025.

    Rochdale (On loan from Barnet)

    In the 2014/15 season, Ryan was released by AFC Wimbledon and came to join our Kinetic Academy training sessions and form an U14 squad that would enter the Gothia Cup the following summer. Ryan featured in a very successful Kinetic U16 team that won the league, league cup and county cup in 2016. After his GCSEs, Ryan committed to the Kinetic Academy programme in Croydon and after a switch to wing-back, professional clubs started to call and he signed a scholar at Wigan Athletic in July 2018 becoming became our 38th signing to a professional club.

    After 19 months at Wigan Athletic, Ryan signed a professional contract at Sheffield Wednesday in January 2020. He had successful loan spells with Gloucester City (2021/22) and Maidstone United (2022/23) before joining Halifax Town in June 2023 following his release from Sheffield Wednesday. Ryan made 76 appearances over two seasons at the club and then signed for the 2024/25 National League Champions Barnet, playing 9 games in the 2025/26 League Two season. He joined National League club Rochdale on loan in November 2025.

  • Errol Mundle-Smith First Team debut for Norwich City

    Errol had been attending our community training sessions and playing for us since the end of 2021, joining the Kinetic Academy full time programme at Harris Professional Skills Sixth Form, becoming a regular in our league, cup and showcase games as well as coming on multiple Project United Tours. He also got a taste of first team men’s football while at Kinetic for Croydon FC, scoring on his debut aged 16 for the Non-League club.

    Errol signed for Norwich City in September 2023 and wasted no time making his mark. 26 goals/assists in his first season across the clubs U18s and U21s which included a hat-trick in 23 minutes against Aston Villa, braces against Arsenal and Tottenham, goals against Chelsea and Manchester City and scoring on his U21s debut against Charlton Athletic. Errol signed his first professional contract in July 2024. He was a part of the Norwich City First Team squad for 2025/26 pre-season, scoring against Belgian Pro League side SV Zulte Waregem and providing an assist against Northampton Town.

    Errol made his First Team debut for Norwich City in their Championship home game against Hull City on 1st November 2025.
