The first workshop of the Kinetic Entrepreneurship Programme supported by Howden M&A is on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) which is being delivered by Make Happy to 150+ Year 12 Kinetic Academy Harris Federation students across London.

Anna Parker, Project Manager at Make Happy, explains in the video here or on link below what our young people are being taught during the workshop. This includes understanding the importance and use of a BMC, the key to planning as well as identifying your target audience.

Our young people have been interacting really well with the activities, especially when presented with the example of a football coaching business. It’s been great to then see them create their own business plan from the BMC for an entrepreneurial project which have included Social Media Influencer Agency, Hotel, a website helping males to be ‘the best version of themselves’, Football Agency, Dating app, Personal Shopper, a Jewellers and Personal Trainer.

We’ve introduced the Kinetic Entrepreneurship Programme to develop our young people’s confidence, skills and capabilities to help reach their potential, a key part of Kinetic’s vision and mission.
